Meet at the Park-n-Ride lot at the corner of Hwy 20 and Pleasant Valley Road to car-pool. Spenceville in winter is one of our area’s best places to find Lewis’s Woodpeckers. We would also expect to find Rufous-crowned Sparrow, White-tailed Kite, Lincoln’s Sparrow, and a rail or two. Say’s Phoebe is also possible, as well as many other resident birds and winter visitors.
