Birding on Placer Land Trust’s Harvego-Bear River Preserve, near the Bear River

This is a co-Placer Land Trust – Sierra Foothills Audubon Society event. Please check the Placer Land Trust “Events” site to sign up about three weeks before the event. https://placerlandtrust.org/calendar/. They will provide information for where to meet. This 1700-acre property includes blue oak, grassland, black oak, pine woodland, and several ponds. Approximately 2.5 miles of walking on farm roads, moderate uphill sections, up to 350 feet elevation gain. There are no facilities on the property. Enrollment limited to 12 people. Heavy rain will cancel event.
