A Saunter for Bird Lovers at Auburn Regional Park

Leaders: Kate Brennan & Ann Thomas 530-268-1682

Fall is a special time of the year as migrating birds are beginning to come into the area for the winter. Join us as we slowly walk through the park, stopping to identify and observe the behavior of the birds we see. All bird lovers are welcome. We generally see 20 or more bird species along the way, and many of these will be the birds you will see in your neighborhoods during the fall/winter season. Binoculars will bring the birds up close and personal. Meet at the children’s playground (near the pond) on Park Drive in Auburn. Contact the leader if weather is questionable.
